Charles Chhor (he/they) serves as the Operations Coordinator for Southeast Asian Freedom Network. Born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, they identify as a first generation, queer, Cambodian American. Charles has been supporting SEAFN’s family and leadership reunions since 2018! As SEAFN looks to build and grow as an organization, Charles looks forward to developing and maintaining infrastructure.
